Washington, DC- The Syrian American Council, the largest and oldest grassroots Syrian American organization in the United States, reached out to the Turkish embassy in Washington, D.C. offering condolences for the terror attacks in Sultanahmet Square in Istanbul today, killing 10 people and injuring at least 14 others.
Turkey has been one of the strongest allies to the Syrian people hosting over 2 million Syrian refugees and supporting the Syrians in their struggle against the Assad regime and all forms of terrorism.
