On June 9, 2016, Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill., issued a Dear Colleague to members of the House of Representatives requesting they sign a draft petition letter addressed to Secretary of State John Kerry. The letter requests the State Department, "to commit funding to international criminal investigations and prosecutions of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide in Syria."
Please contact your representative requesting that they sign Rep. Kinzinger's letter. Members have only until June 20th to become a co-signer.
