ACTION ALERT!

A Twitter shaming campaign is due as a European delegation made up of 3 members of the European Parliament made an unofficial visit to Damascus last week.

The visit was non-representative of the E.U. and was an embarrassment as the delegation met and posed with Ahmad Hassoun, the Grand Mufti of Syria. Hassoun answers to Syria's dictator Bashar al-Assad and has in the past threatened Europe with sleeper cells and suicide bombings if they were to support demands for transition in Syria; an occurrence that we are witnessing today.
